ResidentialResort ‘Amanera’ SetTo Open In The Dominican Republic
A private serviced retreat in the first golf-integrated Aman resort, villas at Amanera are on sale from US$4 million.
Dolphin Capital, a global residential resort developer, has announced its latest property, Amanera, in the Dominican Republic.
Set to make its debut in the fourth quarter of 2015, Amanera stretches over 2,000 acres of land on about seven miles of the Atlantic seacoast of Playa Grande on Hispaniola’s northern shore. Playa Grande is about one hour’s drive from Puerto Plata Gregorio Luperon International Airport and Nagua Airport.
A limited number of residences will be up for sale such as the Amanera Villas, which ranges from two to six bedrooms per unit. This real estate announcement presents discerning buyers an opportunity to purchase a private serviced retreat, within the first golf-integrated Aman resort.
Amanera Villa residents will have full access to the Playa Grande Golf Course that spreads over 370 acres. Originally designed by the late architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the course has been fully renovated by his son, Rees Jones. 10 holes can be played directly on ocean cliffs, which overlook the crescent shaped Playa Grande beach. A golf clubhouse will also join the resort amenities.
Other facilities accessible to residents include a spa, fitness centre, tennis courts, waterfront dining and a beach club that offers various water sports.
