On June 21st the prestigious Supercar Owners Circle Rally takes over the luxurious Chedi in Andermatt. This year’s event promises an extra thrill with hypercar aficionado and entrepreneur Ameerh Naran unveiling the prototype of his groundbreaking four-seater hyper-coupé, set to start at €2 million.

They have a set number of the fully customisable cars that they will produce; only 39 of these vehicles will hit the road. The hyper-coupé is also set to claim the title of the world's fastest non-electrified four-seater, driven by a powerful 5.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine delivering an astonishing 1,000bhp.

Naran Automotive is the brainchild of 38-year-old Zimbabwean, Ameerh Naran who is a connoisseur and collector of hypercars.

As the founder of Vimana Private Jets, a leader in VVIP global transportation, Ameerh has catered to heads of state, sports icons, and entertainment stars with the world’s most coveted executive aircraft. Naran Automotive is the culmination of his  passion and pursuit of excellence. And he will debut his vision at the event in Switzerland to an exclusive crowd of collectors and buyers.

Naran said: “Our cars are about indulging our owners in unparalleled tailoring and visceral performance, surpassing all the things they have always dreamed about in a vehicle, in the sense of the aesthetic, luxury and driving experiences.”

The Naran hyper-coupé is a hypercar that marries the power, handling, and high-performance credentials of a supercar with the unique benefit of two additional seats, allowing the owner to share the experience with extra passengers. Its sleek lines and aggressive, motorsport-inspired styling are the result of a collaboration between Ameerh Naran and Jowyn Wong of WYN Design, known for the acclaimed De Tomaso P72 and Apollo Intensa Emozione.

Before founding Naran Automotive in 2017, Ameerh drew inspiration from design legends like Ian Callum (Aston Martin, Jaguar, Callum Design), Adrian Hooydonk (BMW), and specialty automaker Horatio Pagani. The company is privately owned and led by Ameerh, supported by a team of engineers, craftspeople, and project managers with extensive OEM (original equipment manufacturer) production experience from companies such as McLaren and Aston Martin. Engineering operations are strategically based in Germany, the USA, and the UK.

The user interface of the Naran hyper-coupé is clean and minimalistic, designed to keep drivers focused on the road. The debut prototype model has a ruby-themed exterior and cockpit, adorned with almond gold accents. The upper interior has ruby woven textiles, complemented by leather finishes on the lower surfaces, wrapping around the carbon-shelled seats. Almond gold stitching adorns both the seats and the steering wheel, wrapped in matching ruby leather.

The centre console and feature panel of this debut prototype, conceived by an alumna of the prestigious London College of Fashion, are adorned with stone grey and black chrome accents. The dashboard incorporates satin ruby and almond gold paint finishes on various elements.

Inside, opulence reigns with premium soft-touch Italian leather, CNC-milled billet aluminium, and tri-hue soft-touch textiles. Taking personalization to new heights, owners will enjoy an almost limitless array of customization options, with early requests showcasing opulent touches such as marble and granite effects, as well as gold leaf trim, to tailor their hyper-coupé to their tastes.
